    • Launch & relaunch of chn.tum.de: full project responsibility from concept to go-live.
    • Further campus presences: lead owner of tumheilbronn-ggmbh.de and editorial responsibility for campus sections on mgt.tum.de and cit.tum.de.
    • Managed four external agencies: owned technical development, SEO, and design delivery, including quality assurance.
    • Reported directly to the deputy managing director: ongoing performance reporting from GA4 and Search Console, turned into concrete recommendations.
    • Led two working students: ran hiring and day-to-day scheduling.
    • Passed Core Web Vitals (LCP 1.3 s): optimized keyword structure, site architecture, and page speed; lifted organic engagement time 47% from 2023 to 2025.
